$100,000 recieved from George W. Neilson Foundation!

Thank you so much to the Neilson Foundaiton for their generous donation of $100,000 to make this project a reality! This means the park will be built, most likely within Bemidji City Park beginning in early 2010. We now have $255,006.74 committed to the project, but still need another $100,000 and more to get the project completed. We currently have $85,500 worth of grants out and waiting for a reply. So, yes! We still have a lot of work to do, but this is great news for sure!
